Menus are suggestions only, we can
cater to all requirements and tastes.
All prices are based on a location
within the County of Ashbourne.
Full event quotations include
transportation, set up and breakdown. Food only quotations
include transportation and set up. Equipment rental is
subject to a delivery and collection charge, which will be
outlined on the quotation.
We do not expect the customer to
clean equipment, this is covered in the rental cost.
Due to staffing levels and food
requirements, guest numbers must be confirmed at least 3
working days in advance. Where guest numbers vary more than
10% than what was originally quoted for a re-quote may be
necessary.
Credit terms are only extended by
prior arrangement otherwise full payment must be received on
the day of the event.
50% booking deposit required on
confirmation of booking. Balance due on event day.
In the event of a cancellation
within 3 - 14 days of the function a cancellation fee of 50%
for services booked will apply. In the event of a
cancellation within 72 hours of the function a cancellation
fee of 100% for services booked will apply.
Where parking is not available
on-site the client will be charged parking fee incurred.
A refundable deposit is charged on
equipment rental to cover losses and breakages. This deposit
should be included with the confirmation of booking deposit
and will be detailed on the confirmation of booking email /
letter. Refunds will be issued after equipment has been
checked at our premises.
Hirers are responsible for goods
and equipment from delivery until collection.
All equipment is checked on arrival
at venue and signed by the customer.
Breakage's and any items short will
be charged at current prices, an inventory will be given to
the client at the beginning of the event which outlines
replacement prices.
All prices are subject to change
without prior notice, quotations will be valid for one month
from the date of quotation.
All prices exclude Vat at
appropriate rates, unless otherwise stated.
